Horrible customer service the lady taking care of me after about 20 mins she hands her tablet over to another employee and informs me she has to go get her car fixed!! And then they tried to get $500 from me for a new phone which I just purchased this phone less than month ago all I want is 5G on my S21!!

Good customer service but sadly the service is horrible internet never works cant send texts first try no internet while driving anywhere out of town people say im breaking up on the phone can't hear me. Im going to Verizon ud83dudc4b

Taylor Wakfied was extremely helpful. She was able to reset one of my existing company phones quickly and transfer the data from one of our other company phones.nShe was able to lower my monthly bill by 25 dollars by setting up auto pay. Thanks for the great service Taylor.

Gunner was super helpful and personable while we made the switch from another carrier to Sprint. It's never fun to spend a lot of time doing something like that on a Saturday afternoon, but he made it a good experience. The store was well managed and everyone was very helpful!
