Jason was great! He was here within 2 hours of my call. Our boiler wasn't working at all. We had chimney work done a month ago and it turns out that we have a blocked exhaust pipe. Jason listened to me (which is HUGE!) and quickly assessed the problem. I'm going back to the chimney company for the repair, but am thankful for the quick assessment and professionalism of Jason. Elm Heating (now Goodberlet) installed the boiler three years ago and they were professional then too. Excellent to see the continuation of high quality service.

Chris was awesome ! He listened to our concerns, diagnosed the problem with our heater, provided options with up-front price estimate, and told us he would be happy to come back out if any future repairs were needed. I will definitely call your company for future services. Thanks.

Called and requested heating repair, due to heat being out. They setup a time for repair person to come out. Then called back immediately asking if the sales rep could come out and look at the furnace to see how old it was. Turns out it was 10 years old, but he said it was all rusted inside and that I may have a cracked heat exchange, all this without taking out one meter or tool. He got the heat running, and said who knows when it will go out again, and to call him for a quote to install a new furnace. They seen two older woman living alone and thought they could get a sale, even jacked up the estimate of the repair to being $300+ to try and scare us into replacing the unit.nnNeedless to say I did not call them back...they just wanted a sale...I called another company and they actually gave me a good account of the workings of my furnace. Was fixed for $65.
