Librarians and staff are friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for or needing. They went above and beyond providing learning opportunities for patrons during this past Covid year when everything was locked down.
I love this place great place to get help on things you need help with , very friendly Eastgate and main library on hanish drive .
It would be nicer if the Catholic School parents didn't treat this Library like a daycare and leave all of their disrespectful loud kids hanging out in the adult section of the library talking loud and obnoxiously. Maybe the Librarians could get up off their chairs for 1 minute and ask the kids to talk at a respectful quieter tone. I miss the days when you could walk into a library and hear a pin drop and people had respect for other people in the library.
Love our local branch. Within walking distance from Eastview and Algonquin Middle School. Always a friendly place to visit. Kid friendly and the staff are always a huge help. Only issue is that finding parking can be hard on some days.
Staff is helpful and friendly. The biggest downside I've encountered is the Wi-Fi which drops out frequently. The staff is aware of this issue and hopefully it will be resolved soon.
