The good and the ugly.nnGood: There are some great Dentists and nurses there, and the atmosphere is nice as well. Its a nice office and was enjoyable (as much as a dentist could be) to go to.nnUgly: My wife and I were getting tooth work and had insurance with Delta Dental, which the office used. We did our first round of tooth work and found out the procedure they did was not covered by Delta, so we ate a pretty penny and talked with them about it. We later got our second round of tooth work and they did the same procedure costing us way more than it should have for back teeth work even after we discussed our options... It seemed ok at the time, it could have been a mistake.nnOur bill ended up being very high because of it. We set a payment plan and started paying monthly. I found out after a while that some of my cash payments never made it onto my account... Yet it was something I could not prove, shame on me, so I switched to card and kept detailed records after that and had no problems. There were some months we could not pay, but we always made it up in the next months by paying double and sometimes triple to cover it. All of a sudden we were told we need to pay off the balance off in full (2,000 plus). I asked why, and she said we were not making steady payments. We discussed, and I continued making steady payments until we got a notice in the mail that we were going to be sent to collections.nnAt this point I called, and spoke in detail on what was going on. They were extremely rude, our payment agreement and any facts didn't matter, they just wanted to send us to collections. I asked about options to pay it off, she said she would call me back. Never did. they sent my wife a voicemail on a Tuesday night that we had to pay it off by Wednesday (a day later) or else it is going fully to the collection agency. She worked all night and the next day, didn't get to it and they should have contacted me but never tried to... And now we are up a creek for no good reason. Their way of going through this was unprofessional and ignorant. I was willing to work with them any way I could.nnThis is sad news even to me, because if you would have asked me to give a review a few months ago I would have given 5 stars. Even after finding out that my cash payments never made it through. Its a very nice dentist, just watch your back. (and your wallet)

I have been going to Dr Guebert for over 20 years and his practice is always professional and courteous. This is how dentistry is supposed to be.

I have been going to Dr Guebert for over 20 years. He and his staff are the best. Very calming if your a little scared. MaryAnn is the best hygienist, I never want to go anywhere else.
