Not many places left who do business like that! Albert is very friendly and will take time to answer every question you have to make you feel comfortable to be his customer. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and will share his knowledge with others. I learned so much from him! He loves his job and proud to show his wonderful work and educate his customers. We have been to Gold and Jewelry Direct quite a few times. Each time we received excellent and friendly service. We have sold gold and have purchased diamond stud earrings as well as had rings enlarged and had those tiny balls installed in them so the rings won't twist on the finger. Albert gave us some great ideas and each time we walked away happy and delighted with our purchases, I think you will too!
