Love this group of people. Very helpful, and understanding. I have had unfortunate circumstances at points in my life, as we all have, and chose to pawn the same 3 pieces a few times. I took in a chain that had snapped, Cathy quoted me a fair price (almost half of what another Algonquin shop quoted me) and told me it'd be ready in a week (also less time than other shops had told me). She called me the next day and informed that it was already done, and there are no visible markings of where it was repaired. Very friendly staff and their selection seemed large.
