The customer service we experienced with Keith at Jared Algonquin was unlike any other! We came in with some diamonds we wanted to repurpose into a new ring setting and Keith went above and beyond to make sure the new design was even better than what we had envisioned! He was incredibly patient and personable and came up with some great creative options for us while keeping it within our budget. We are so grateful we got the chance to work with him on this fun piece!

The warranty we purchased was not honored. I almost lost my arm and still have my ring. The wouldn't exchange or help in any way. The corporate office said I could give pay another $10 000, to replace it. Other than that we won't work with you.
