My agent is excellent and I would highly recommend him. They respond to any questions or concerns I have within 24 hours of contacting them. The coverage for the price is the Best out there, I know I looked. I switched to Allstate because they had good overall rates for my home and autos. I would say that they are very pleasant to work with and very straight forward about their coverage. I don't like 'hidden' things on policies and so far they seem to shoot very straight with you concerning coverage and price.

This is the best insurance agency I have worked with. They provide a awesome customer service and customer care. Bashar personally helps you on questions and would get back to you promptly. They also review your policy with you every 6 months and would make sure you receive all the discounts possible.nI am happy Bashar bought this agency and improved up on it.
