The service was impeccable and highly professional. I was fully informed of all of my options and there were not hidden fees and my budget was met. I become aware of policies I should begin to consider as a young adult like life insurance and was even given a discount for signing up for DRIVE SAFE. I feel confident with my decision on switching insurance and feel better already about driving. I was helped my Marlene Borges who was extremely kind and informative. He helped with a great rate home insurance on new house, handled everything quickly and worked with my loan officer on all required paperwork around busy holiday schedule.
