I made an appointment online at Walgreens.com for a rapid covid test at this location. We showed up for the appointment, but the pharmacy said they don’t do covid tests at this location.nnWaste of a trip, please fix the Walgreens website.
Very disappointed. My husband's HEART medication was not filled. States it was back ordered. You did not contact us to let us know nor did you contact his heart Dr to see if you could substitute. He has to go with his heart medication now until Monday when the Dr is open. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT MEDICATION AND THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION is inexcusable.
I thought face mask were required ? Not in this store. Shoppers still were able to shop.nnAlthough they were not within 6 feet of other shoppers.
It’s gotten better.nnNever mind terrible again.
It was 8:30 p.m. on a week night and I needed a certain eye drop prescription. They were out of it and it was on manufacturer backorder. They called every pharmacy in the Kankakee area and found it at another pharmacy! They were very nice. I can't thank them enough! Wonderful!
