The arrangements doe for a recent funeral were great. People from out of town who called in orders commented about how great they were on the phone and pleasant to work with.
If I could give 10 Stars I would!!!! I was told by folks in K3 County to go to Busse & Rieck Flowers. I tired them....... I was put on hold for over 15 Mins. But when you need to send flowers because you cannot be there (270 miles away) and K3 is on the do not travel list YOU DO NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. Come on..........nnThese folks are on point! They were courteous and very helpful from the time they answered the phone till the transaction was complete. All companies should be like this. Small Business that cares. Thank you!!!!!! You have made a new customer for life. Again THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!!
