I have been very impressed with the quality of the services I have received.nChrisy is very knowledgeable, passionate and experienced master stylist who will advise you and style/cut/color/tone and treat your hair for your best hair health and look. She is one of a kind professional you would want to be in charge of what happens to your hair once you are in need of looking and feeling well about your hair. Chrisy is also very helpful with her knowledge of the best products available in such abundance at Ulta, which really helps me with selecting what would work for me. Greeter at the front door helped me to find location of the products I wanted to purchase. Long checkout lines but moved quickly. Some items not stocked but most were. I'm a repeat customer.
Staff is extremely lazy. In multiple instances when I visited the store asking for a specific item, they simply try to turn me away saying they are out of stock until I push back that website shows item is in stock. Eventually they found the item I was looking for.
the cashier was really nice and had a great attitude even though it was almost closing time
