Very helpful employees, wonderful experience. We actually were there three days in a row trying to figure things out and each time we were more than pleased with how we were treated, the help we received and the price of our purchases. We will be back!!

This is my first time attempting to purchase a travel trailer. I should of looked at the reviews first and requested Zach or Adam since they received high reviews. I had Kenny, who was nice but wasn't a ball of fire. Unfortunately, we couldn't come to an agreement with only $1,000 difference of me buying a camper. I would of liked to keep my business local but will go up north or to Indiana.

I shopped many RV dealers and made my purchase at Phillips RV in Bradley, Illinois. From my first call with internet sales (so sorry I don’t remember her name) to Jackie Bell then to Adam Wilson who handled the sale. We received the best offer for our unit from them. When we arrived the price was slightly lowered! Everyone was professional and it was a great experience! Not here to tell you what to do, but you’ll be happy you went to Phillips RV.

Zach Warren is the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. He wasn't pushy at all and knew the answers to all my questions. The world of camping and travel trailers was completely foreign to me and I left the dealership happy and confident I had the knowledge to get out there with my new travel trailer. After a season of successful camping I can assure you he knows what he is talking about. Zach was honest about the add ons and gear that we need and some of the things we can go without. He spent several hours with us and did a thorough walk through with us when we picked up the camper. I really felt like I left the dealership with a new friend. I've even face-timed him a couple times with questions and he helped me out big time!nnThe finance manager that helped us out was also a great guy who was down to earth and had us laughing during the paper work. We really enjoyed the help at Phillips and of course I should mention the inventory they have on the lot is great. There are so many different options to choose from.

We just purchased a Torque Toy Hauler. Adam was a great help. No hassle and so easy to work with. He answered all our questions and went above and beyond.
