Hove Nissan

First, the salesman Tim is incredibly nice and helpful. This isn’t about him at all.nnI went in very recently to buy a new Rogue. The dealership insisted the financing offer was 1.9% for 60 months. That wasn’t true. Their own dealer website and the National Nissan website showed it was 0.0 for 60 months for qualified buyers. The manager insisted that was not true and it was a mistake. Begrudgingly, he decided to “do me the favor” and honor the APR but he would not negotiate the price of the car. I pushed this because the issue was not my fault and I felt I should be entitled to some sort of conversation regarding the price of the car.nnThe manager continued to have a very rude tone and question why I was so upset because he was giving me the financing. At that point I was only asking for an additional $540 off the price of the car to get my payment under a certain $$$. He continued to refuse so I left.nnI called Nissan out in Schererville and they were great. They confirmed Hove Nissan is wrong and the financing is definitely 0.0% for 60 months. Negotiated the price of the car over the phone and they sent it in email. They did even better on the offer than I was originally seeking.nnTim (the nice salesman) from Hove Nissan called me the next day to apologize for the confusion and tell me I was right. I asked when the manager was going to call me to apologize since he was the one who was rude. They only called to try to get me to come back in. For my trouble they offered me two free oil changes (only if I bought the car from them instead of the Indiana dealership).nnI waited a week to see if I got my apology call and it never came so I am publishing this review.nnGiving two stars only because Tim was so nice. However , our business will go to schererville Nissan in the future and we’ve already directed a few people interested in Nissan away from this dealership.

Terrible place and terrible experience x2, yes twice. Seth was the backbone of most of the failure, but even when he ran my credit 2 diffrent times, which were spider webbed out to way more creditors than need, he was still unable to get me in anything even with decent credit and $1000 down. Will never be back there and would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want your credit to go to waste and lots of time. I'd give it 0 if i could.nnUpdate: yeah I did not like the payment at first but then I called you back told you that payment would work you ran my credit again then told me I had to pay twice after running my credit absurdly amount of times. Dont waste your time with these tool bagz

The general experience when purchasing a vehicle is frustrating. The staff at Hove Nissan make the car purchasing experience pleasant. The staff are courteous and professional.

The gentleman who helped me was wonderful. Thank You for great service.
