Chris, the sales associate was friendly, courteous, and efficient. He was very helpful in selecting an appropriate mattress set to alleviate my Mother’s back problems at a cost I could afford. He set up a timely appointment for delivery, set up, and removal of old bed set. He was focused on fulfilling my needs at a reasonable price. No hard sell techniques. I highly recommend Mattress Firm and Chris.

Michaela Was awesome at helping myself out pick a new mattress. Her expertise, kindness & personality were beyond helpful and amazing! She allowed me to try different mattresses until I found the best one and was super respectful towards us needing a certain budget with COVID going on. 10/10 loved her! I went to this Mattress Firm location with my fiancé the day after we got engaged. The store manager, Christopher W, was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Once we fell in love with a mattress, his customer service went above and beyond any other.nnHe worked incredibly hard to get us the best possible order, he communicated details excellently, and made the process very smooth and exciting for us. I would be willing to pay more in the future just to work with him; highly recommend!
