Claudia is great! Very helpful & professional... She showed us so much furniture (b/c I had to see different styles ud83dude09), & she was so patient w/me & my husband. Stephanie helped us design our living room/great room. She was just as patient, kind & professional. All in all, I highly recommend this La-Z-Boy store!
I needed to replace our beloved reclining sofa that we purchased over 15 years ago. It was past time... Kendric Cornelius was our AMAZING salesperson. He's knowledgeable and flexible. I was immediately excited just walking into the showroom ! Very roomy, brightly lit. Very clean and what a great selection. I was concerned about the cleanliness in light of the pandemic. Those concerns were addressed by the sales manager. There were sanitizing stations everywhere. The rest rooms spotless ! The sales staff was very helpful without making me feel pressured. I was very pleased with my selection and the closing process. Kendrick, my sales person was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Overall I was very pleased with my experience. I won’t hesitate to return in the future and I would recommend this store to anyone !
Had a very nice experience. Claudia was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She wasn't pushy, which is very important to me. Very clean store, additional graphic design help available to help with layouts and colors. If you're looking for some furniture that will last, I highly suggest stopping by.
Super friendly, professional and helpful sales team! First piece delivered very quickly by great delivery team. Waiting on balance of order but anticipate same great service. We’ve purchased all of our family room furniture from lazy boy 3 times over the last 20 years. Excellent furniture!
