Dennis, Kathy, Rick and the whole team were fantastic during my early Friday morning appt to help me pick and choose out my Sleep Number bed...never pushy and let me take my time to choose what I felt was best for me! Happy that I made this purchase and felt like they all had true passion for the product, so it made me confident in spending the money for something that will change my life!
The associates were very personable and professional, helping us find exactly what we needed and also helping us save the most money. Would recommend the sleep number bed as well as the store!
We visited this store on a Friday night because it was the only store in a two hour radius from our home. Dennis was kind enough to stay open later than the store-posted hours to accommodate us. He didn't make us feel rushed and didn't skip over any of the educational information about the bed. When we decided to make a purchase, he worked with us to find the best deal. I highly recommend this store if you're considering purchasing this bed.
Great place they are very helpful and informative. We have had a Sleep Number for 11 years and we love it. We bought a second one and we are bringing the old one to our place in Wisconsin.
