Jasmine was fantastic! She helped us figure out the best living room furniture configuration for our home and budget! We measured our front room and everything will fit beautifully. She really went out of her way to help us!

UPDATE - Can't give less than one star... The sectional is less than 2 years old and the leather on one recliner is ripped and peeling, appears to be a defect - bought expensive warranty that supposedly covered everything. Guardian says it is normal wear and tear. DO NOT BUY GUARDIAN WARRANTY - RIP-OFF!nnBought Falcon power reclining sectional in November 2018 and the RAF power recliner is already not working. The chair was stuck in the up position. Called customer service and they sent a guy out on Saturday and he determined that the motor was bad but he did not have one. I called customer service and they are waiting on the report and will then order a motor, it could be as long as 4 to 6 weeks. Once I get the motor I am supposed to call back to get someone out to replace. I spent $3,000 on the set and expect a better response. I had a problem with power recliner from another Furniture store and they had it fixed in a week. If your looking for customer service I would go elsewhere!

We went to the Algonquin, IL location to buy a new living room couch and to scout out kitchen tables for next time. We met a lady by the name of Sandra C. She was knowledgeable, kind, and patient with us as we told her what we were looking for. We were so impressed with her, that we bought both the couch and the kitchen table set from her.
