This Ulta is hit or miss. I’ve gone in and the employees were super friendly and helpful. I’ve also gone in and felt instantly judged and like I shouldn’t be in there. The have a large selection of high end and drug store makeup. I’ve used their hair salon and in my opinion it’s way over priced for what you get. I’ve used the salon several times and the time I found a good stylist, she ended up quitting before my 3rd appointment where she was supposed to finish my hair. I had to see another one and she did not know how to finish it.
I had a great experience today, looking forward to trying out my new products!
Store is always clean and they have great customer service.
