Great place!! We have been renting from Cassandra for about 10 years. They are always easy to work with and pleasant, patient folks! I feel their rent to buy program is the best in the northwest suburbs. And the insurance is great! My daughter just recently dropped her cello and the neck snapped off. They gave us a replacement with no hassle at all!!

As a professional musician, I have been going to Cassandra Strings for many years to repair my 1800 acoustic bass. The expertise is the highest quality and the prices can't be beat. It is so reassuring that you can get the highest-grade repair for a great, affordable price. Many educators have told me that Cassandra Strings is the place that their school system goes to for the best prices and quality for string rentals.
