Chris was AWESOME this morning, helped me install my new wipers and clean off ice. System was down and had to take .y transaction manually, but kept his patience and make it a pleasant experience. Called to ask if they had in stock a specific type and color of paint , I was told my best bet is to come down to the store .... Horrible customer service, suggesting I come down to see.... thats why I called you raid construction is a 30 min delay each way.nThanks kid who answered my call and couldn't be bothered to check and see if what I needed was even in stock but ill take my business elsewhere fpr horrible service like this.
Been there 4 times since it opened. They always get it wrong. Only reason I go there is it is so close to my house. Not anymore. Today it was wiper blades for my car. They sold me the incorrect ones then when they couldn’t find ones that would fit the associate asked “why do you need new ones anyway”. Asked for my money back and got the correct wiper blades in 2 minutes at another store where I will continue to shop from now on. Never trust everything the computer tells you.
