My husband and I were served by Manuel at the East Dundee location in Illinois. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered our every need, which was complicated and extensive because he had to coordinate my husband's new hearing aides with his new Samsung 21 phone. We had all sort of questions and special needs, and Manuel gave us 100 percent care and attention to detail. We are so pleased. Manuel is an exceptional, excellent representative of your T-Mobile family.

First off, THANK YOU SO MUCH ASHLEY! I called this store to ask a question and Ashley answered all my questions and was completely kind and professional over the phone. Thanks to her I ended up going to the store were she helped me upgrade my phone and even bought a speaker! It is super rare to find a great employee now a days, so I am posting this review to make management aware that Ashley is great! Will refer my friends and family to this store to specifically work with her. These 5 stars are for her! :)

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! The person I talked to, signed me up for the most expensive plan without showing me my options. Then she grabbed a phone case, took it out of the package, put it on my phone and charged me $20 dollars even though I didn't want it. THEY ARE THE WORST.

Yeah try to avoid going to this store , the costumer service is ho—rri -ble !! I just bought an iPhone and the girl behind the desk couldn’t even help me upload my contacts . I will return it soon and go to another store

I came to this store because it had good reviews. HUGE MISTAKE. I worked with Alex. All I was is a sale to hime. I was an AT T customer for 12 years , no issues. Always great customer service no matter how busy. I went with Sprint 3 years ago with the Streamwood location and the entire staff was AMAZING. I specifically told Alex that I cannot figure out technology on my own. He was very impatient with me and once he knew he was selling me a phone, I no longer mattered. He knew I had an Apple Watch, he didn’t mention that I would have to pair it up. When I called him for help to told me that they were not allowed to be on the phone very long and told me to go to U tube. I asked a second question and he told me again to go to u tube. Then he said I could come to the store. To make matters worse, I upgraded my storage space and when I took a screenshot to send it to a friend the phone said I was out of space in my pictures “what?!!””” That never happened with my other phone. To add insult to injury, the phone is not working. Google maps is not working, it freezes and I specifically need it this morning to get somewhere. Other things are not working as well. If you go to that store DO NOT USE ALEX. I’m going to return my phone (it seems you have 30 days) and repurchase it at another store or even return it at that store so Alex doesn’t get his commission and ask for Angelo, Stephanie, or Jasmine. They got great reviews.
