Dr. Fotso attitude was positive as usual. However, waiting was doubled, first on the car outside, then inside the office. And even though Dr. Fotso forgot to do a procedure during the visit that SHE suggested, this office will charge me for that. I called to make an appointment in order to receive this service. I emphasized Dr. Fotso had forgotten to do it, but I still will be charged. The appointment they gave me is for two weeks after my original visit.
