I initially started looking for an orthodontist when I started having issues with my bite. I looked for a long time for the perfect office. I am a grown up and wanted a grown up place. I didn't need a bunch of fancy bells and whistles, just a good orthodontist who wanted to help people. That is exactly what I found with Dr Forbes and the staff at Forbes Orthodontics. They are wonderful! I have been going to the office for almost two years and my experience is always positive. Dr Forbes made a special plan for my special smile and I feel like I am in amazing hands. He is a wonderful, kind man who is very knowledgeable about his craft. His staff is amazing assistants and I always have great visit. Everyone is wonderful and I actually look forward to going in for adjustments! Thank you for existing!! Don't hesitate to book your appointment to meet with Dr Forbes, you won't regret it!

We liked the doctor however had a hard time with the staff (Collin). We asked for a quote with insurance and they never ran it through my primary insurance and were only giving me quotes with the secondary insurance that paid out less. Ultimately I was told that I would be better served by a doctor that had a larger staff and they did not want to treat my daughter. I would have really liked to talk to the doctor if I had the opportunity as we liked the doctor, just wanted to understand the billing before we got braces. The doctor needs to understand that the office staff is driving away patients because they refused to run quotes through the proper insurance.

This is a team that really cares. I feel so well taken care of and comfortable every time I’m here, which says a lot considering my huge fear of dental stuff! Dr. Forbes is incredibly kind, and his assistants and staff are always sweet, cheerful, and accommodating. I would recommend this Doctor to anyone and everyone, but especially to those with sensitive mouths and fear of dentists and orthodontists. They will feel so much better at this practice!

My daughters love Dr. Forbes and his staff!! We are seen on time, everyone is friendly, very flexible with appointments, the offices are clean and I can go on.nDr. Forbes takes time to explain and make sure you understand the process or procedure. Dr. Forbes and his staff are patient and to me that is very important. I would highly recommend.
