Have always loved torrid. Lots of stylish cloths for plus size women. Unfortunately I have never had a pleasant experience at this location. Every associate I've dealt with was rude, seemed like any question I had was a bother. Didn't offer any alternative when my pant size was not available. Will do all I can to avoid this location . Would rather drive 25 min out of the way than deal with this hoopla.
Store is clean, organized and well stocked. Staff is Friendly and helpful.
Employees wanted to chat among themselves rather than help. This reminds me why I always make the trip to the Schaumburg store.
Staff is always helpful and attentive. I love this location just wish it was bigger and they had more in store. I really like to try on clothes and they dont always have the new stuff which is disappointing.
Not too bad wayyyy high prices.
