This is the most disgusting Ross store I’ve ever been in. There’s clothes everywhere on the floor. The sizes aren’t even in order. Nothing is organized. You need new management or more staff. Definitely not coming back to this location.
My grandmother went to Ross today and was treated TERRIBLY by the staff. The employee was tall and skinny in glasses, around late 20's-30's, working around 2:00-2:30. He was extremely rude to my grandmother and refused to check her out at the register. He was demanding her to move behind a tape line on the floor, when she was already at the line. She did not cut anyone in line and was 6 ft apart. HE CLEARLY HAD ANGER ISSUES AND WAS CONTROLLING. She also does not speak English well and he clearly did not see that and continued being RUDE. She came home extremely upset and was CRYING. This behavior is UNACCEPTABLE, especially towards an ELDER. SHAME ON THIS EMPLOYEE. IF YOU TREAT AN ELDER WITH DISRESPECT, YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU DESERVE. IM SICK AND TIRED OF PEOPLE DISRESPECTING EACH OTHER. HE SHOULD BE WRITTEN UP OR FIRED.
First time at this store. It was a mess stuff thrown out on the floor. Very disappointed
Find good deals in shoes and clothes.
Very disorganized and always a mess. I would go right when the store opens up and there’s already, probably still items all over the floor. Will no longer to this store.
