Economy Plus Auto Sales

I just had a great car shopping experience at Economy plus. Wally the general manager makes us feel so welcome and, he gave us a great deal on our new vehicle. Asked for the man in the hat. I know you will have a great deal also.

Do not ever go to this place! They are selling unsafe cars. I was taken advantage of twice by these people. I bought a Buick regal from them less than a year ago and I noticed my headlights were not working. I went to the Buick dealer to have the car inspected and was told the headlights needed a ballasts and possibly bulbs. I called Economy Plus dealership to inquire about the headlights sense I bought the car from them I expected them to know the full condition of the vehicle. First I was told I would get a call back several times, finally I got the call back the next day and I was told they did not know what was going on. I explained to them that Buick dealership said the issues was the ballast. The mechanic from Economy Plus said sense I bought the car from them they would charge me half the cost to repair my headlights. The agreement was that Economy Plus would buy and install new bulbs and ballast on each side, and if that was not the issue they wouldn't charge because it would mean I need a new headlight assembly. I was also told that the parts comes with warranty. For about a week I kept calling trying to find out when will they fix the headlights. They kept changing the date as to when the parts would come in. Finally on 3/18/2021 I drove 1hr and 30min to Economy Plus with my daughter to have the headlights replaced. We sat for at least 2hrs before the mechanic guy there said he had fixed one of the headlights. I went over to see my car to find that my headlights assemblies were replaced with junkyard parts. My headlights were crystal clear with no scratches. The headlights that he put on my car are extremely foggy and deep scratches. He also only had one headlights working. I argued that the headlights were not my original headlights. He continued to tell me the fogginess was from water when he held the assembly upside down. They charge me for installing a junk yard part on my car and refused to refund. Now I have to replace not only the ballast but my entire assembly on both sides. He caused me more trouble than I started with. I have HID headlights they are on average $500 a piece which doesn't include labor to have them replaced. Economy Plus is a terrible place to do business with they will take advantage of women.They also never provided me with warranty for parts, nor did they provide work order. All of this screams scammers!! The cost of my headlights give these scammers all the reason to steal my headlights. I will post pictures to there page as well of my car before and after.

Horrible experience with this place. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Truck overheated on the test drive so i tried to talk them down in price. Pete said someone just forgot to fill the radiator because it was in the shop prior to my arrival. He claimed they put new oil pressure sensor on it & recently rebuilt the front end so they couldn't lower the price. A week after i bought it i took to a shop for front end noise. Bad wheel hub assembly. I was told when i purchased it that i a 15 day warranty & they was extending it to 30 days. I called them & always got a run around. So i had a shop put new wheel hub assembly on it. Come to find out the front end was never rebuilt. Now i have to pay $900 for complete front end to be rebuild.

I want to be very honest about buying a car...it could very time consuming and stressful and not a good experience , but I found a place that not only cares about helping the consumer, but making a long lasting relationship and that's what is important for me and my family.nnI really want to mention my experience with Wally, he was not your normal salesperson, but a very helpful and honest person that cares about his interactions with his guest. The whole staff from their awesome head mechanic Jose and the wonderful finance manager Melissa... props to Yousef who assembled a great team.nnWe are in fact so happy with our experience, that we will be purchasing a 2nd vehicle in the next few weeks from them. Anyone that is in the market for a reliable vehicle I would highly recommend stopping by here first, you won't have to go anywhere else.

We just purchased a 2nd vehicle from here due to what a Stellar experience that had when we purchased our 1st vehicle with them. Here you are not just another sale to them. They encourage you to really take the time to check out the vehicle that you are interested in. They are nothing like the big dealership pushy sales people.nnWally is great to deal with. He takes the time to really listen to what you want and is happy to answer whatever questions that you may have. He wants you to be 100% percent happy with what you decide on. Their shop Manager Jose is also onsite to answer whatever questions that you may have.nnWe will definitely be back to get our Son's 1st car in the next few months.
