If you're looking for a easy approval Byrider is the way to go! All I needed was my license and proof of income and BOOM I was out the door with a car!! Kevin was nice and quick had me out the door and driving in no time! And the best part is the 3 year warranty!! You won't get that anywhere! So shop with byrider they will not disappoint!!

I give these guys 5 star review. Had been going through some rough times especially since the start of this pandemic and my vehicle definitely needed some major repairs. There were some other small issues as well but long story short JOE & ANTHONY in the service/maintenance sector have did everything possible to accommodate me as well as make certain that my vehicle is 100% without a doubt safe & reliable to drive. I appreciate all the efforts n hours of work they have put in to make sure I & my vehicle are well taken care of. My truck rides like new & I couldn’t be happier with the results. I can honestly say I’m glad I left it up to the professionals to get the job done right.

I highly recommend the J.D Byrider located in East Dundee, IL. It was really great working with Greg and Sales manager Kevin, both are great people to work with. I have had trouble in past and my credit is not the best they still gave me a chance and willing to work with me. We did the whole application over the phone. I was in and out of there with my SUV for a great deal and couldn’t be more satisfied with my new car I am very happy with my selection! I was told I would drive off the lot the same day in a new vehicle and did. They worked with my circumstances. They even paid for an Uber to come to my house and pick me and my family up. Great customer service and very honest, Awesome staff, very friendly and caring. They were always willing to answer every question I had with no problem. Very helpful and pleased with their service!! I highly recommend anyone needing a vehicle to go here!
