I don't think I've been in a store more friendly or inviting in over a year. Bob helped me find a book and the cashier was genuinely pleasant and smiled while talking to me. I could see the smiles in their eyes and hear it in their voices. Please support these people and this company because Amazon won't talk to you about what you need or where to get what you want.
I have always loved Barnes and Noble since I was very young. I love the feel of a book. Especially hard covers with their crispy new pages. Barnes and Noble in Spring Hill Mall is very clean and and organized. The staff members are helpful and knowledgeable without being over solicitous.
Allison!! Allison!! ....... after a heart break and taking off on a plane that same night, I left behind a book.... the book that is changing my life as I type this review , this store the only place with one copy 47 min away from me , and Allison a girl who works there , was the only one who found it after other people trying to find it as well ...... now check this out!!!!nThe road trip trough the middle of the snowed field And frosted trees hanging over the road and to get to this store and have a light-full spirited young lady to hand me the book I long lasted to find after leaving Las Vegas on a sudden heartbreak .... one of many stories to tell. !!nnBy the way.. this book made realize how much I need to learn and grow into the purpose of this dream we all are connected to !nWorth the drive to this Barnes and nobles store !nAwesome team !!
I usually have a great experience with the staff when I come by for some merch and books. But after having a particularly bad experience today, I won't ever be coming back to this place or Springhill mall ever again. It seems as if this mall only hires incompetent,I'll mannered employees who don't even have the audacity to apologize for their unnecessary attitude towards customers.
The staff at this place was extremely helpful and friendly and seemed to go above the expected amount of service. The initial greetings were expected but when the employee understood what I was looking for she grabbed the boss on the scene to further assist me in finding exactly what I needed. I will not go to any other book store again just because of that experience. Kudos to the team..
