My hair is orange!!!! Lady refuse to say its bad told me wait a week!!! She over charged me 10.00 for my lengh the never told me. My head is burning!

We went here for my wife's hair cut and we cant say we are thrilled with the service, outcome of the her hair cut nor the price.nnInfact we were halfway on our way home and my wife shows some parts of her hair that were longer than the others and i had to take her back. She was pretty disappointed. We went back and the lady is like it could be the angle or position and etc and the finally she attempted to fix it.nnWell regardless overall experience wasn't great and I don't think we would be a return customer especially not this location for sure.nnAlso, they charge you some $4 sanitization fee that is no where to be mentioned when you book online. I get it that we are in this COVID-19 mess and sanitization is just but there should be a transparency to a customer. Also I have been to other salons and have not seen this charge being passed on to customers like SmartStyle Hair Salon.nnHopefully my detailed response will help other customers.nnThank you.

Loved this salon. The staff is very attentive and they also do an amazing job. the salon was clean and very organized. Prices were not through the roof either, will definitely be returning.

Simply awful!! When I showed her how short I wanted it I made sure to go a little longer just so that any extra trimming being done wouldn’t make it super short. HOWEVER, she took of 2-3 more inches than I asked for and left me with a much shorter style than I had requested. The cut also ended up being much shorter in the back than the front NOT what I had asked for at all. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
