I had a wonderful haircut and returned to have the same student cut my hair. Upon my return, I was treated rudely at the entry desk from someone named Kim and she informed me that the student was not available that day. I had previously made a request and the young lady assured me that she would be working that day.nA few days later I returned and the student was there and ignored me and subsequently clocked out and went home.nI realize that this is a beauty school however customer service, communication and business etiquette needs to be taught as this is a service industry and dependent upon customers and establishing a clientele.
What an awesome place!! It is a little hidden gem!! I had my hair high-lighted and my nails done!! It was so professional and friendly! If you are looking for a place that is professional, friendly, clean with the bonus of affordable I highly recommend this school!! You will NOT be disappointed
