Ordered pickup at 5:15 and told it would be ready at 6:15. Arrived at 6:00 and checked in at 6:08 after receiving text message that order was being prepared. Order was not brought out to the car until 6:40. At least the order was right this time, unlike the last two times. Food itself was very good. Recommend dining in and avoid ordering to go. At least that way your order will be correct and it will probably be faster.

What an amazing experience we had at this West Dundee location. We missed going to Olive Garden in year 2020 due to Corona pandemic. Finally We decided to visit this place and we were blown away by some really hard to find customer service from our server Bianca. She was exceptional and very welcoming. The food was awesome and Bianca took care our order very well and she brought a smile on our daughter's face by making her Birthday very special. Looking forward to many more Dinners at Olive Garden.

Masks are required. You may leave your name with hostess stand and wait in the lobby area or give your name and phone # to go wait in your car if preferred. Tables are sanitized prior to seating the next party. Menu has been slimmed down. Food is still good. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The online wait-list system is a joke. You still have to wait that same time or longer once you arrive and check in. We ended up having to wait well over an hour. The lobby was chaos.nOtherwise, the service, food, and distancing between tables was good.

Ate here February 21' and had amazing service and food. They do a pretty good job separating people. I notice good table cleaning practices too.
