Excellent service! It's so lovely to be addressed by my name, even though my order tad only sports my surname. And they're so quick to prepare my order, even if it's last minute. I love them; I love Panera.
Panera decreased its value over the years..we ordered to bread bowls soups. They gave us to cups of soup and the bread bowls on the side. Besides that the bread bowls were cold. I expected hot bread taken out of the oven with soup inside but it is not the same as it used to be anymore!
Absolutely best place! I always get my food at this Panera location three to four times a weeks. I alway Oder online, very efficient and friendly service!!
Food was great, but service was unprofessional and uncalled for. One of the employees argued and gave attitude to my partner, because we asked for a remake of our order yet the employee stated it wasn't in our receipt yet stilled charged us.
Employees look happy, it feels like great place to work. I had a good breakfast sandwich, gouda and avocado, the highlights, service was good, sad to see a place where you cannot seat, I wish they open up a few spots, the place is large enough, to support social distance.
