The BeanLab has been a pleasure to do business with 3 years in a row. They made the process of submitting documentation as easy to work with as possible. I feel that all my information is protected and secured. They are very responsive to any questions that I have asked. They addressed all concerns that I had presented. Once your return is processed by them, you review it and within days it’s electronically submitted which paves the way for a quicker refund. I highly recommend BeanLab for any of your tax preparations.

The team members at BeanLab were definitely great to work with, especially Lori! They answered all our questions and kept us well informed. They explained the process to us every step of the way and were always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we understood everything. They truly have the heart of a teacher as Dave Ramsey says. They made this whole experience effortless. They kept our information private and secured. They double checked to make sure all information was accurate and they have a high level of responsiveness to their clients. We are very pleased with our experience. We highly recommend BeanLab for any of your tax preparation needs.

I would highly recommend Josh at the BeanLab. He really takes the time to get to know you first and then about your business. As a business owner that knows the importance of relationships, I am so grateful that I was able to find a CPA that values relationships as well. He also answered all my questions and explained concepts that I did not quite understand. Overall, it was a great experience and I enjoy working with Josh and the staff at BeanLab. :)

We have been using BeanLab for 6+ years now, and have absolute faith and trust in this team. Normally, this is where reviews end. But 2018 was an intense year for our family. My husband began working as a contractor which- uh oh! means we had to figure out estimated taxes and other deductions. A short phone call set us up for success even before the start of the year. BUT THEN.... I ended up hospitalized several times over the year. I'm the primary bookkeeper of the family, so this was a hard hit for us. In addition, the medical bills overwhelmed our financial planning for the year. I reluctantly came back to the BeanLab team with my concerns and failure to be as organized as I wanted to be. They handled our case with SO much patience, and care, and concern. It took multiple emails and a phone call to straighten out the mess we ended up with. We even had to set up a payment plan with the IRS, but through every step, I felt taken care of. I will ALWAYS recommend BeanLab to my friends and family. Not only do I love these guys, I feel that they genuinely care about my family and me.
