Ramsey Financial Services

Ramsey Financial Services provides incredibly poor customer service. They acquired our policy when they bought out another agent and collected our premiums for over 3 years without as much as a call to evaluate our insurance needs.nnWhen we needed their help the most after a fire in a structure we had insured, they went out of their way to treat us poorly, did not return calls, ignored us, attempt to pass the blame that our policy was written incorrectly years ago, and never attempted help us navigate the claims process. They did not stand behind us. We will never forget how Ramsey Financial Services treated us and strongly recommend staying away from this business if you care about the things you are insuring.

Do not use these agents!!! Especially if you are a new small business owner!! They did not help, they steered us in the totally wrong direction to make money off of us and take advantage of our lack of knowledge on a new business and insurance. Trying to get them to help you is about impossible. They do not follow up with you and seem to not want to bothered to help their clients. Natalie acted like she was doing us a favor by talking to us or even getting us a policy, yet its her job to help her clients. Natalie let a business liability policy lapse and didn't bother to even contact the business owner and speak with him. We requested information in which they told us we could look through the documentation and find ourselves. In fact I was asked to print out a 28 page document of 3 different policies and go through it myself to find the premiums, absolutely unbelievable!! The owner was contacted and didn't seem to take any initiative to resolve the problem and help us, but was sure to get us over cancellation papers so they wouldn't have to deal with helping us anymore. I spoke with an insurance agent that has been in business for a long time and I had more help and learned more information from him in a 10 minute phone call then I did with months of working with Natalie and Ramsey Financial. If an agent doesn't know how to handle small businesses that do a wide variety of work then that should have been stated so we could have found someone that knew how to handle it properly. When contacting them to get information in order to move insurance companies they did not want to do any work to get us the information, but instead said it would be great to get the cancellation papers so they didn't have to help us anymore. Horrible experience!! Run from these incompetent, unhelpful, and rude insurance agents!!

Ramsey Financial Services has terrible customer service. Ryan likes the sale, but can’t be found, or fights you when the worst happens.nnImagine you pay for an insurance product for years, and something awful happens, you’re supposed to have “peace of mind” knowing that someone in your community has your back. Don’t count on Ramsey for this.nnIf you are currently a customer, take your business elsewhere, before it ends up costing you more than just a local relationship with someone that only cares about you on good days.nnIf you are considering Ramsey, just find one of the other local agents. There are plenty of good ones, but Ramsey is not.

Glad I never needed their services when I had car insurance through them cause they do not back up the product they are selling and getting paid for.
