The people who work here are truly amazing! They were so helpful and kind. They quickly fixed the issue I had and took care of my needs and happily answered all of my questions! Courtney and Frank were phenomenal. Summit was the only place willing to assist me. Thank you for the help!

We just purchased a new Jayco. Laurie Fox’s customer service was outstanding! And they sent us a video on how to work everything that we saved for future use. Would definitely go back ud83dudc99

We would like to thank Summit RV and our salesman Bruce for all they did. Bruce was so patient with us in everything from looking at several different travel trailers to the 5th wheels. Finally we made the decision to purchase a Keystone Outback travel trailer. Bruce and the staff made everything from the beginning to the end very easy for us. This was the worst experience we have ever had with buying a camper. This was our 6th camper that we have bought ( 4 from Setzers) but they didn’t have any stock of what we was looking for so we drove to Summit. Our salesman Berry was awesome but the bad experience started after we sighed the deal. I waited for 2 days for a phone call on a price of a second ac unit but never got a call so I called asked for Berry but he was off that day so I called the next day and he was now sick and was there so I asked to speak with someone else and was transferred to the parts department which they wouldn’t give me a price due to being a new deal and had to go through the sales department. I then was transferred again to the sales manager which I exspainsd I was wanting a quote he assured me that he would call but that afternoon with a price. He did not call me back so I called the next day and spoke with Carol and setup the appointment for getting the camper which was 12 days. We still at this point have never been called from nobody from this place. The night before we was to be there at 1 pm I received a txt message from Mike ( service tech) with a video about our new camper which was very cool. We arrived at 1:05 pm and walked inside to the greeter and Berry came and told us to drive our new F250 to the service garage to meet Mike and to have him install our hitch and look at the camper one more time before going to the financial department to sigh all the paperwork. Which was around 3 pm we was asked for the insurance on the camper. Again we had no communication with nobody at this point and knew nothing about having insurance on the camper. I made a call to my insurance company and was finally giving the information on the camper so I could get the information to the insurance company. This delayed us even longer than it should. While we was looking over the paperwork I notice that they had added the second ac unit without my permission and was told that he couldn’t change it now because he would have to redo the whole loan over and they didn’t have the time for that if we wanted to get the camper that day. I just wanted to leave but my wife and I took off work that day and didn’t want to have to take another day off. We was told we could go to the parts department and ask for a refund check which we did but was told that they couldn’t do that only the sales manager has that authority and I had already spoke to her before going to the parts department. By that time I was about to explode and my wife said that we need to go and we could call back after I cooled down. We was there almost 4 hours and left there with a complete loss for words. If you are looking for a camper I don’t recommend this place at all. I did send a email to them 3 days later telling them about our experience and I got my first call back from the sales manager and she apologize and said that she would do something to make it right and she would call me back after she spoke with all the personal that was involved with us. Still to this day I haven’t heard anything from her. Very poor customer service!!!!!!!
