I am writing this review after more than 3 years. I had bought Honda Civic EX from them. As per my request, they drove the vehicle halfway and delivered it to me in immaculate condition midway(through two senior drivers) and I paid them after receiving the vehicle.nI was impressed by their honesty and commitment.nThe car has been running smoothly since 2017 with regular maintenance and care. Very good vehicle.nShawn is an excellent person to deal with.They gave me the best price in the entire America (yes I had researched throughout the country)and it was an awesome deal. Difficult to find honest dealers these days.

Very slow can make an appointment 2 weeks early and ask them to order the parts be for appointment date and still get a call saying they need another day to order the parts on the day of pickup

We bought our Ford Explorer from Carson motors in Carthage after having the worst car shopping experience ever with Kunes Country in Macomb. Shawn Gutting was the salesperson I dealt with at Carson Motors. He was extremely friendly, straight forward, and treated us with respect. We didn't feel pushed into anything and it didn't take forever making a deal. With our busy schedules, it was so nice that we didn't have to play the back and forth game of, let me take your offer to my finance manager a hundred times, consuming your whole day. I can easily say this was our best car buying experience. We got a wonderful vehicle at a wonderful price. I can't say enough good things about Carson Motors other than I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle to shop there. Thanks again to Shawn and the Carson Motors staff.
