This is in 2020. There was never an updated schedule for this facility. So disappointed. We understand the COVID guidelines however it was still advertised that there would be a sleigh ride, hot cocoa, snacks, and more. None of that was here. This costed me and my family $75 and it all went down the train just to go to a petting zoo where you couldnt even pet the animals which is understandable, however overpriced and false advertisement.
Great experience! Kids loved it! Family friendly. Great family business! All the people who worked here last year were AWESOME!

It's fun and very cute, decorated really well. The employees are very knowledgeable on their reindeer and are extremely friendly to visitors. We came late, not realizing they were closed at 6, and they let us through without saying anything. The train ride was super cute and fun for little ones. The only thing I wasn't fond of was the prices. Paid 7 dollars for my 2 year old, and he was kind of bored with it within a few minutes, as he doesn't really understand. Would be nice to have a discounted rate for toddlers.
Great place, been going since they opened. Its nice to see the new additions they add yearly
