We went to KFC/Long John Silver's and had a coupon that day. We were able to split the order with fish fillets and chicken planks. The staff are very courteous.
This KFC has the fastest drive-through out of any fast food place in DeKalb/Sycamore! I go here 2-3 times per week to get chicken for my husband for dinner around 6:15-6:30 PM. I am always right through the lane no matter how many cars are in line ahead of me. My husband says that the chicken is always fresh and tasty. He likes the original recipe. The staff is always friendly, efficient, and professional. Keep up the great work KFC!
The place offers a fantastic range of fresh food. I love dining here. Employees are always super friendly, rates are reasonable and the place is always well organised.
This place has been better than Popeyes but the chicken is extremely salty. The employees make it extremely difficult to order at times. They put in 3 different things then I originally order and then say they don't have it when they do.
Not complaining because of bad food and I know that its miniscule in regards to true complaints, but when you ask 4 times if your condiments that where requested are in the bag don't make up something to please the customer for drive thru times. I live 45 min from said location dont appreciate spending the time and money. I normally wouldn't even give a damn. Just poor customer service there. I mean not like your busy there's a pandemic right so you do have plenty of down time.... Js
