I worked with Mike Carpenter on purchasing a property in DeKalb near downtown. I had interest in a few different properties. He was very professional and honest in disclosing some zoning and ordinance issues that would not be grandfathered in an ownership change that I wouldn't have thought of. The transaction with the property I chose was very smooth.

Working with Denise and Mark are the best thing to do.. while looking at commercial property for our business, they enlighten and warned us to things for a specific parcel we would not have thought of and no one else bothered to say.
