Great people. Helped me with my claim. They took pics with their app so they could be submitted with the new claim.nPolicy. It's covid set up no adjuster. Just taking pics. They deal with damages they can't see as the car is getting worked on. The ins person was very helpful in doing this as I have an older style phone that the app didn't work on. Make an appointment. They'll get you squared away. Handicapped parking and building access.

I don't normally write reviews but with the experience I have received over the past 5 years with Allstate has been exceptional. I'm in my 50's and have been with several Insurance carriers over my lifetime and feel that Allstate cares the most about me, my family and my budget. With 5 Kids driving, a home and a camper they seam to pay attention to my lifestyle and show me ways on how to save even more money. Get their coverage, Use Drivewise, Save Money. My experience with Jill Ellis Craig has resulted in poor customer service. They are inaccurate and unsure about the transaction that they make. They fail to return call involving vey large sums of money and the once that are contacted back they story and the transaction seem to change. There is a lot of back and forth with unanswered questions. There are fees that they fail to mention to their customers and when it becomes time for monthly payments they arise. I would not recommend this location. They put me in a very stressful situation.ud83dude1eud83dude21

I do not understand how anyone could write such mean things about people. Jill Ellis-Craig's Allstate have always been so helpful. Saving me money all of the time with suggestions. I can recall how helpful they have been when I needed insurance on the spot and they dropped everything to get it emailed to me two minutes later! Thank guys, keep up the great work!!
