Cheri was very polite and efficient in the face of my displeasure with Edwards-Elmhust and the doctor's requirement that I make a personal appearance when the practice already had all of the information they needed wasting my time and hers with this appointment. High praise for Cheri - not for the requirement she was carrying out.
