This is a 5 star dealership. I own a small business and have a need for trucks pretty often. I spoke with the sales girl Kristin and told her what I was looking for down to the make motor and price range. Within 2 weeks she found me a truck! Also herself and Jeff in finance got me a great deal that benefits us both. Great job you 2! I will be back when we need another 1!
I was more than pleasantly surprised with sales and service team at Sycamore Hyundai when I had to purchase a vehicle unexpectedly. The service manager explained what was wrong with my vehicle and told me what it was going to cost to fix it. I decided that it was time to purchase a new vehicle. They forwarded me to sales and told them what I needed in a new vehicle. A porter picked me up at home and brought me to the dealership where they had 3 vehicles waiting for me when I arrived. It was such a surprise that they did that for me. My sales guy, Kevin Q. was so friendly and helpful. I appreciate a sales person showing the customer how to use the different functions and operation of the vehicle. It's been a little under 3 months and I'm loving my little Tuscan. It has a nice quiet engine, handles smoothly and the safety features are wonderful. Thank yo!u Sycamore Hyundai!
Just bought a car at Brian Bemis Hyundai of Sycamore the salesman Kevin and manager Jake where pleasant to work with. I had a good experience and am excited with my new purchase. I would go there again next time I’m looking for a car.
