Customer service was terrible. Paid 5.25 for my shoe rental and two games, but then said they only charged us for one game. So it’s $2 Tuesdays now? Then they didn’t tell us they changed our lane number until we went to the wrong one. Horrible communication, keep your receipt and make sure you repeat yourself with what you need.
It’s the best bowling place I ever went to it has great service. They rent shoes which is great. The people there are very friendly and nice. Very good place highly recommend nice place to go with friends.
Got there at 9. Even tho everything says they close at 10 they said 1130 so we got 3 games in! Tuesdays is 1$ + shoe rental
Just moved here and nearby is this bowling alley had a beer bartender was sweet to me, look forward to taking my autistic son here bowling
Went to play pool with a couple friends. They require you to give your ID, I gave the gentleman my ID and we played. We ended up bowling as well and he rung me out for the pool game. He forgot to give me my ID and when I went back to retrieve my ID he also forgot to cash me out for the pool game. You forget my ID and expect me to pay for a game of pool that YOU forgot to cash me out on. Ridiculous.
