As others have stated, this company is not responsive. I have a purchased a cruise package for 4 through out company site, and have not been able to get in touch with anyone. Over a week ago I had left a message to get a return call and still nothing. I ended calling purchasing power, and they had to reach out to get another order processed because the cruise line was not able to locate my order. I am not trying to get in contact with the cruise company to see if they are able to pull up this order. If I cannot get anything resolved by September 2020, I am going to see about a refund.

Ive used this agency a couple times for a cruise. Everytime they did an amazing job and was always on top of getting back to me regarding any questions I had! Recently I had to cancel my cruise due to the pandemic. And have been trying to reach them for weeks to get it rescheduled and have had no luck which is frustrating. But I know their slammed with inquiries so im trying to stay patient since they always did an amazing job in the past. Overall though a great company!

I unknowingly booked a trip with HotelBlox via Purchasing Power. Trip was for April 14th thru April 18. Flight and hotel reservations were cancelled due to COVID-19. I wanted a refund for medical reasons as well as vacation hours are no longer available from my job and my daughter's job. The company will not listen to the customer unless they want to rebook. I can't rebook. I want Purchasing Power and Hotel Blox to stop taking money out of my paycheck and to return the money they have already took. The flight was cancelled and the hotel reservation have been cancelled since April and it's now July. Horrible! They are just getting away with it.

I have been fighting with purchasing power for two months just to get a response from hotel blox to know what was going on with my travel package. However, not until I stated I was getting the BBB involved and reporting them to the media did I get multiples calls within 10 mins of each other. They are refusing to issue a refund, their customer service is poor. Like how do you not even email your customer to inform them of the process in which your rebooking is being handled. Then they emailed the advocate Tabia at purchasing power saying that they spoke with me which I never did until TODAY... this company is a complete scam and disgrace.

Have been trying to reach someone concerning my cancelled cruise. As soon as I requested a refund instead of credit they stopped responding to my emails and no one has returned any of my multiple messages. I will never book travel thru them again. They have no problem still taking my money from my paycheck but cant even give the courtesy of a response. Worst customer service I have ever had.
