Frank is a great agent who offers exceptional service. When there are changes to be made he is right on top of it. He is also very knowledgeable about cruises , itineraries and cruise lines .I would definitely refer him and use him to book my future travels.

Frank took care of every detail and offered many ideas for excursions during our cruise. He was quick to respond to emails and calls. Frank took the time to find out what we wanted from our vacation, and we (all 12 of us) had a great time!

We worked with Frank to help plan our first trip to Italy. We gave him an idea of what we wanted and he suggested a couple options that were exactly what we were looking for. He was very thorough in planning the trip and took care of all the details. He answered all of our questions and checked in with us frequently throughout the process. Our trip went smoothly and we had a wonderful time. Frank was so friendly and easy to work with - we will definitely call on him to plan our next trip!

We travel extensively and require a travel agent who is on the ball. We have used Frank for several years now and he has never let us down. His attention to details and his ability to find us the best deals are what keeps us coming back. He goes to great lengths to answer all our questions. Gone are our days of winging it. We want someone to take care of the details so we can just enjoy and have a worry free vacation. Frank does that.

Frank was absolutely unbelievable! My husband & I decided, pretty much last minute, we wanted to visit family in Italy and then from there take a cruise. We basically gave Frank two months to plan. We knew going in, due to where our family lives, there would be air transportation issues, coming & going. He seemed to manage it all with ease. He spent a lot of time with us going through the excursions for the cruise. He explained which ones he thought would be beneficial, which were a waste of time...and money. Even though I kept changing my mind & asking a 100 questions, he was very patient.nAbout 1-1/2 weeks prior to us leaving, Frank sent us our packet of all of our information. He had all of our excursions labeled. Everything was organized & dated! It was awesome!! Including the Luggage tags printed, & folded just right for the ship!nAfter the visit with family, we flew to Venice to start the next leg of our adventure. Booked one night in a beautiful hotel over looking the canal, took a tour in the morning, and set up the taxi to the cruise ship.nWe were gone a total of 3 weeks. There was a lot that went into this trip. Getting us to my husband's family was the most important, wonderful thing to happen for us... and Frank made our Zia & Zio ( aunt & uncle) very very happy. Lots of tears of joy.
