they take to long to fix any issues that need fixing in the apartment. tenants not the friendliest, on top of they will ask you for a separate payment for any additional vehicle one has on top of the rent, and if you no longer have said car they will still charge you until the year is over

This place is INFESTED with roaches and they have NO HEAT!!! highly would NOT RECOMMEND!!! I would give 0 stars but you have put a rating.

I've lived with R&D Realty for 12 years. They are a great realtor who really cares about their residents. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The maintenance staff have longevity with the company and work hard to complete your requests.
