I purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 from Douglas Dodge on 11-28-20. I am very happy with the truck and the customer service I received from the staff at this dealership. They gave me a good value for my trade, got me a good interest rate on the loan so my payments were where I wanted them to be. My sales consultant Dave Lareau was excellent. He knew all the details about the truck, was very professional and courteous, and offered refreshments while the truck was being washed and prepared for me.
