This parking lot is ridiculous. I guess to save money, they installed a self service outdoor kiosk to exit the lot. So regardless of whether you have paid at the indoor kiosk or not, you get stuck in a line for 15-20 minutes because people either don't understand how to pay, the elderly get very confused, which is very unfair, to them, or it takes people time to pay. At minimum, have a separate exit for those who have pre paid inside.
