my kids enjoyed this playground. it's clean and nothing is broken.

A beautiful extremely well maintained facility. Great place to watch a ball game. They have great seating for the fans picnic tables near the fields so you can eat and enjoy the game. Parking is fantastic plenty of spots. Kudos too the Westchester park district and their employees.10 STARS

Great place for children all families

Update 8/12/2020: Our event was 8/2/2020... the manager Rory called to make amends and rectify the situation. I appreciate the follow up and the correction of customer service. After review and discussion with his staff he decided to return the entire deposit.nnI am VERY disgusted and disappointed to say the least. Although it was specified in our contract that we would be charged for every minute that we exceed our time we were told to start cleaning and dismantling our celebration an hour before we were to vacate the premises. My DJ was instructed to turn his music off and pack up at 6pm when we were to leave at 7pm. The contract stated that they were not to give us a 'courteousy' time warning 30 minutes before our SCHEDULED end time. On top of that they only return 1/2 of our deposit saying that we moved tables when the 'supervisor' was RUDE and did not report back to her boss correctly. The 'supervisor' offended several of our guests INCLUDING the guests of honor. She and her assistant reach over the open food as people were packing to go plates trying to put out OUR steno burners. Which is VERY unsanitary especially when we are dealing with CORVID-19 and social distancing. My guest who were at those tables felt violated. We actually vacated the premises at 6:45pm with the room having been cleaned by 6:25 or 6:30pm. Then next day I spoke with Rory who said he would not return the rest of the deposit because the supervisor spoke untruths about the evening. She also told us we had to cover all the tables (WHICH IS NOT listed in the contract) or we would be charged $5 per uncovered table. So I had to go spend UNNECESSARY money to purchase table cloths to cover the three tables. When talking to Rory he was as DISRESPECTFUL as his supervisor was. And he did not return my call to me or my sister the following day as he said he would. So with that being said... I can only guess that he will not be refunding the rest of the deposit. The is the worst display of customer service that I have every encountered. I host several events throughout the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR HOST ANOTHER EVENT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT/PARK DISTRICT. And will advise any business associates, family or friends NOT to even look at the Mayfair Facility in Westchester, IL. I wish I could give a negative star rating, howevr that is not an option. There is so much more I can comment about but I shall not.
